Against other American Wagyu listings for the same cut, 8 of 9 KC cuts were above the middle Wagyu price. You pay for high marbling (it lists its steaks at BMS 7+) from a veteran-owned Missouri company. If you want grass-finished beef or the lowest price per pound, it isn’t the pick.
Is KC Cattle Company beef grass-fed?
